- Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Located in or willing to work in the areas we need

The truth about this job is it’s not for everyone. It takes real hustle, especially early on. You’re going to hear no. You’re going to have days that are slow. But the reps who push through that early phase consistently build strong incomes.
We don’t care if you’ve never done roofing before. Some of our best reps came from completely different industries. What we do care about is your attitude, your reliability, and whether you’re willing to put in the work to learn.
